I began attending Sara's fitness and yoga classes 16 months ago. I had damaged my ankle a year before and then became ill, as a result I lost a stone in weight. I joined the Boot Camp sessions with the aim of regaining my fitness and stamina, which would impact on my asthma; gain muscle tone and definition; and most importantly to put on the weight I had lost. The positive effect of attending regular Boot Camp, Yoga , Pilates and Fitness sessions has been incredible. I have put on a stone, now maintaining my healthy weight, I have muscle definition, tone and increased stamina, which means i use my inhalers less often. I thoroughly enjoy attending the different classes as the guidance and help given is exemplary, as Sara is completely aware of how to extend and improve individual performance. Every activity is clearly explained . Sara also devised an eating plan for me , which has helped me gain weight and improved my hair and skin. I have made new friends.
I have known Sara for over fifteen years, and in that time she has been my Yoga/Pilates/Fitness Instructor. She has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of her field and her classes are incredibly popular for the simple reason that she cares for each and every one of her students, and her ability to share knowledge is superb. I had a private session with Sara with regard to my BMI index where she trained me to look at my diet and fitness regime. This was so helpful and I am still taking her advice today. I have been to many classes and personal trainers in the past, but I have to say that Sara is the best I have ever had, she is so helpful and understanding,makes you feel special. I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed!!
Sara has helped me to love exercise, which I didn't think was possible, and the results have really begun to show after just a few weeks! Sara took time to talk to me about an exercise plan that would suit me personally, and gave me invaluable guidance on nutrition and diet. She really cares that you do see results. I thoroughly recommend Sara's classes which are not only good fun, but very good value too
I attended 3 classes and a Boot Camp per week and enjoyed every minute; i've achieved good results!
